Very comfortable experience there. Fairly clean property, very kind staff. Awesome location, especially for me. Units with 2 double beds. Lots of food available in the terrace.

The breakfast is served in the bar! All the staff members are very efficient and outstandingly friendly. Its location just a walking distance from the heart of Santa Cruz de Tenerife is the best.

the staff was really helpful, the room was functional with the terrace and shower plus 2 double beds. location in the centre of the city was a plus. the hotel exceeded high expectations, i would love to come back.

The location was perfectly comfortable and ideal - ease of access to a Catholic church. Both rooms we booked were newly remodelled with view, no complaints whatsoever.

Had a comfortable stay for one night before cruise. The hotel's location was very central, between islands. Had a nice meal in the terrace.

Great breakfast on the rooftop with a beautiful view of the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The double glazing in the room effectively blocked out any noise for a peaceful sleep. a satisfying experience.

The staff were all pleasant, helpful and genuiely interested in ones comfort. They tried so hard to make the stay pleasant. The location in Plaza de Espana is excellent and very convenient.

The decor is somewhat tired and the rooftop terrace, again is tired and lacking design. The Hotl could be vastly improved by an injection of design reflecting the 1950's style time warp. It would not take too much money and could become a small, friendly time warp design icon in the centre of Santa Cruz. Car parking and vehicle access as a result of the pedestrianisation is frankly a little difficult.

Hotel was conveniently situated for visiting the Auditorio

The place was reasonably priced. It was clean, staff was really kind and nice. The location was marvellous for Santa Cruz de Tenerife, short walk to the main pedestrian shopping street and the centre. Enjoyed the terrace, where we had breakfasts.

The rooftop terrace with ocean views was a great place to relax and enjoy breakfast. The hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the city and visit the port. The staff were friendly and helpful, and their knowledge of English made communication easy.

The wifi was only available on the rooftop terrace, which was inconvenient. The room we stayed in was in need of a makeover, with tattered window awnings and outdated furnishings.

Low-cost, no-nonsense hotel in central location in Santa Cruz. Friendly staff. Roof terrace where breakfast was served was very nice to come down to (go up to...?) in the morning. Fridge in room was very useful.

Very basic, but clean. Slightly warm in room with no air con and a little noisy but not surprising for central location.

Too noisy all night outside. Needs curtains and double glazing. Saw worm like insects on the floor near the bed.
